This annual festival is the Northwestern tip of Indiana, affectionately called Chicagoland because of its proximity to the Windy City. There’s a carnival and various events from Wednesday to Sunday, each evening ending with a concert.
Price: The festival and most events are free. Ginuwine and Blackstreet perform on Wednesday, and tickets are $75. Da Baby will hit the stage on Friday. Tickets are $85.
