Hacks to Get Festival Tickets at the Best Price
The 2023 festival season has wrapped up but some tickets for 2024 events are already on sale and there’s a lot to get excited about. As you plan out your 2024 events, here are some tried and true tips to secure your tickets.
1 - Subscribe on the fest website.
They never spam you but you’ll be the first to know about ticket releases, merch drops and more.
2 - Buy ASAP.
I’m not sure how many people know this but the price of tickets are tiered. I logged on to Dreamville Fest 2024 website and within an hour of being released prices had gone up TWICE!!!
3- If you can’t get them right away, wait.
Supply and demand is one of the main tenets of sales. When people (and bots) know that people are hunting for tickets they priced accordingly. If you miss out on the initial release, pause for a few weeks then try again when people have moved on. Unlike a new pair of Js, there’s plenty to go around.
4- If you have to wait, check out resale tix.
Life stays lifin! People will be looking to get something instead of nothing so the prices will be lower than on the official sites. Just be careful and shop reputable sites like Ticketmaster, Stubhub and Seatgeek.
